The Route 56 Compound
This project started with total site prep. Poured concrete piers with cages. Erected all steel after the large concrete pad was finished. My client for this particular project was interested something economically and environmentally sustainable. I stayed within those boundaries throughout the whole process in order to ensure they were satisfied with the outcome.
Concrete pad with efficient heat
This project was interesting when using a very efficient heating system for radiant floors. Despite some unforeseen difficulties, this particular project was completed on time and within budget. It’s the perfect example of my dedication to deliver a quality product, no matter what complications arise, in order to ensure full client satisfaction.
Off grid out building
This project was in a remote location that needed a variety of items. With a very large arsenal of contractors this site was updated with very nice amenities. After the site prep and concrete pad, the well was installed to finalize the vision.
